Following are some of the best practices we follow and additional steps have also been undertaken on our part to stop the spread while serving you fresh food.
SAFETY WHILE SERVING
* All staff members must wear gloves and masks at all times throughout the restaurant premises.
* All staff members must change to a fresh pair of gloves before beginning preparation of customer order.
* All Food items wrapped and sealed in tamper-proof plastic bags for all delivery orders.
* Contact-Less delivery implemented with our delivery partners with “leave at the door” option for added peace of mind.
* Floor stickers to promote social distancing within the restaurant premises.
* Contact-free ordering at the restaurant with digital menus and cashless payment options.
CONSTANT CARE AND SANITIZATION
* Mandatory temperature and wellness checks for all staff members before their work shift.
* Enhanced Cleaning of kitchen utensils, platforms and other preparation areas.
* Multiple sanitization stations installed at different places within the restaurant to promote staff’s hygiene.
* Designated hand sanitizer station at the entrance to promote customer’s and other visitor’s hygiene.
* Strict hand-washing and disinfecting of high-contact surface areas on a routine bases.
* An assigned staff member during every shift to follow the routine protocols such as counters, door handles and frequently touched areas.
FOOD SAFETY, PROTECTION AND AUDIT PROTOCOLS
* Strict adherence to food safety and hygiene measures implemented by the Abu Dhabi Agriculture and Food Safety Authority (ADAFSA).
* Routine monthly Self Inspections conducted with the assistance of ADAFSA.
* Restaurant subject to surprise inspections conducted by the ADAFSA Inspectors.
* All Staff members are fully vaccinated against Covid-19.
* Mandatory bi-weekly PCR tests of all the staff members.
